Job Description

This fast-paced, highly autonomous role is designed for a GTM recruiter who thrives on delivering exceptional outcomes for both candidates and the business. You will primarily focus on building high-performing revenue teams, partnering across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, while also supporting select technical hiring as needed. You will own your hiring portfolio end-to-end, partnering closely with stakeholders to drive outcomes against ambitious quarterly growth targets.

As a true 360 recruiter, you will combine strategic insight with executional excellence—building pipelines, shaping hiring strategy, and delivering at pace in both specialist and high-volume environments.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
  • Develop Recruitment Strategies:
    Design and implement innovative strategies to attract top talent for various roles within the organisation.
  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers:
    Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions and selection criteria.
  • Source Candidates:
    Utilise various channels, including online platforms and professional networks, to identify and attract potential candidates.
  • Manage the Selection Process:
    Oversee the entire selection process, including screening resumes, conducting interviews, and assessing candidates aligned with our company culture and values.
  • Employer Branding:
    Lead initiatives to enhance the company's employer brand and attract high-quality candidates.
  • Track Recruitment Metrics:
    Monitor and analyse recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of strategies and make data-driven decisions.
  • Training and Development:
    Provide training and support to hiring managers on best practices in recruitment and interview techniques.

    Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
  • Utilise ATS:
    Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in our ATS, Workday.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Experience can be a blend of agency and in-house recruiting experience across various business areas.
  • Achieving successful recruitment outcomes with clear KPIs and success rates.
  • Strong communication skills to create compelling messages.
  • Building relationships quickly with business stakeholders.
  • Resolving challenging situations positively.
  • Prioritizing multiple tasks with a focus on time and expectation management.
  • Organisational skills and attention to detail to ensure smooth operations.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher preferred, but no required.
  • Mostly remote with some travel required, mostly to our New York City office.
  • Salary ranges from $90,000-$110,000 depending on experience.
