JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking an experienced IT Technology Contract Recruiter to support high-volume and specialized technology hiring within a fast-paced global financial services environment. This role will partner closely with technology leaders and hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire top technology talent across a broad range of complex technical disciplines. The ideal candidate has a strong track record recruiting for enterprise technology organizations, preferably within financial services, and possesses the ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience.

The successful recruiter will:
Consistently deliver qualified talent in competitive technology markets. Build trusted advisor relationships with technology leaders. Demonstrate strong urgency and responsiveness in a fast-paced environment. Balance quality, speed, and stakeholder satisfaction while managing a high requisition load. Provide market insights that influence hiring strategies and workforce planning. Ideal Candidate Profile:
Financial services recruiting experience preferred. Comfortable supporting highly technical and niche searches. Thrives in ambiguity and changing priorities. Consultative, proactive, and data-driven. Demonstrated ability to recruit across enterprise technology functions ranging from Cybersecurity and Cloud Engineering to Data, AI, Platform Engineering, and Technology Architecture.
