What you’ll be responsible for:

As a Lead Talent Acquisition Partner, you will own full-cycle recruiting for high-priority Finance and core business searches and serve as a strategic hiring partner to Finance leaders, HRBPs, FP&A, Legal, Total Rewards, and Talent Operations. This role requires strong recruiting judgment, disciplined process ownership, and comfort operating in complex approval environments. The successful candidate must have hands‑on experience building agentic AI bots or workflow agents, and must have used Skills with Claude Code and/or OpenAI Codex to improve recruiting, sourcing, process documentation, candidate evaluation, stakeholder communication, or TA operations.

What

you’ll work on:
  • Own full-cycle recruiting for Finance roles, including intake, sourcing strategy, candidate assessment, interview process management, offer strategy, and close.
  • Serve as the Talent Acquisition subject matter expert for Finance hiring, including approval paths, stakeholder preferences, leveling considerations, offer mechanics, internal candidate handling, geo/entity constraints, and hiring process risk.
  • Build trusted partnerships with Finance leaders and cross-functional partners by bringing clear recommendations, not just open questions.
  • Maintain accurate, current, and auditable recruiting records in Workday, Modern Loop, Gem, and other designated TA systems.
  • Partner closely with Total Rewards, FP&A, Legal, HRBPs, and Talent Operations to ensure offers and hiring decisions are aligned to budget, policy, approvals, and internal equity.
  • Use structured decision-making to identify risk, tradeoffs, downstream impact, and required approvals before action is taken.
  • Deliver a high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience while maintaining strong process control.
  • Build, test, and improve agentic AI bots or workflow agents that support TA work, such as sourcing research, intake preparation, candidate summaries, interview-plan drafting, offer-process checklists, hiring‑manager updates, or system hygiene checks.
  • Use Claude Code and/or OpenAI Codex Skills to create repeatable recruiting workflows, document processes, improve stakeholder communication, and reduce manual operational drag.
  • Participate in broader TA initiatives that improve recruiting quality, speed, governance, and AI-enabled operating leverage.
What you’ll bring to Circle:
  • 7+ years of in-house recruiting experience, with demonstrated success owning the full recruiting lifecycle for complex business, Finance, G&A, or corporate functions.
  • Proven ability to operate as a consultative partner to senior hiring leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Hands‑on experience building agentic AI bots, workflow agents, or practical AI automations that improved a business process.
  • Direct experience using Skills in Claude Code and/or OpenAI Codex for repeatable workflows, structured outputs, process automation, or operational documentation.
  • Strong command of Workday and modern recruiting systems; experience with Modern Loop, Gem, Linked In Recruiter, Google Workspace, Slack, and MacOS preferred.
