Talent Acquisition & Recruiting Coordinator

We are currently seeking candidates for a Talent Acquisition & Recruiting Coordinator role with a highly successful investment management firm located in Boston, MA. This position will support the recruiting team by coordinating interviews, managing candidate communications, and assisting with onboarding and campus recruiting initiatives. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in Talent Acquisition and Human Resources within a corporate environment.

This is a 6+ month contract position paying between $28-$36/hour (depending on experience).

This role supports a hybrid work model, consisting of 3 days on-site in Boston (Tuesday-Thursday) and 2 days remote (Monday and Friday) per week. Candidates must be local to the Boston area and willing to work onsite in Boston 3 days per week.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate interviews and recruiting-related scheduling.
  • Manage candidate communications throughout the hiring process.
  • Track candidates and maintain recruiting records in the applicant tracking system.
  • Assist with candidate onboarding and background check processes.
  • Support campus recruiting programs, career fairs, and recruiting events.
  • Monitor recruiting inboxes and provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team.
  • Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a smooth hiring process.
  • Help deliver a positive and professional candidate experience from application through onboarding.
  • Assist with recruiting projects and process improvements as needed.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 0-2+ years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or a corporate environment preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Experience with calendar management and interview scheduling is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
