About Kinn
About the RoleYou are the person who makes Kinn run as a workplace. On exits, you run the logistics: equipment and access recovery, exit meeting scheduling, and routing final paperwork to our payroll lead.
Hiring coordinationPost open roles and manage the applicant pipeline in our ATS. Run first pass resume screening against criteria set by the hiring manager. Schedule interviews and keep candidates moving with timely communication. Initiate background checks and send approved offer letters. Turn manager supplied role outlines into clean job postings.
Employee experienceOwn the rhythm of recognition: work anniversaries, milestones, and team celebrations. Plan and execute team events and all hands logistics across HQ and stores. Be a consistent, trusted onsite presence people bring questions to.
Office managementKeep HQ running: supplies, vendors, shipping, and space upkeep. Coordinate workplace needs with our store leads in Culver City, New York, and Newport Beach.
