  • Recruit for a variety of retail positions, including Store Associates, Key Holders, Assistant Store Managers, Store Managers, District Managers, and Corporate Retail Support roles.

  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, workforce planning, and ideal candidate profiles.

  • Source top talent through Linked In Recruiter, job boards, social media, employee referrals, networking, career fairs, and other recruiting channels.

  • Conduct phone and virtual interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.

  • Coordinate interview scheduling and serve as the primary point of contact for candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring process.

  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive retail talent to support ongoing and future hiring needs.

  • Extend offers, facilitate compensation discussions, and guide candidates through the offer and onboarding process.

  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

  • Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience through timely communication and a consultative approach.

  • Monitor key recruiting metrics, including time-to-fill, pipeline activity, interview conversion rates, and offer acceptance rates.

  • Stay current on retail hiring trends, labor market conditions, and competitive recruiting strategies.

  • Represent the organization at career fairs, recruiting events, and community outreach initiatives.

  • Provide additional recruiting and talent acquisition support as needed.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.

  • 1–3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within retail, staffing, agency recruiting, hospitality, or other high-volume hiring environments.

  • Experience recruiting for both hourly and salaried retail positions strongly preferred.

  • Demonstrated success sourcing candidates through Linked In Recruiter, Indeed, job boards, social media, referrals, and other creative sourcing methods.

  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting technologies.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence hiring decisions.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proven ability to prioritize competing deadlines while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.

  • Proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented with strong follow-through.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Microsoft Teams.
