Heritage Holding is seeking a full-time Talent Acquisition Intern for the Fall semester. This hands-on role provides exposure to recruiting, talent strategy, and PE-backed operations while collaborating with the firm’s leadership and Talent Acquisition team.
The intern will support sourcing, interview coordination, recruiting operations, and employer branding across Heritage Holding and portfolio companies, gaining real-world experience in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
