Recruiter II
Location: Hybrid 4oston, MA
Duration: 4-month contract
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week
Pay: $305/hour
We are seeking a Recruiter II to manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of positions. This role partners with hiring managers to source, screen, interview, and hire top talent while ensuring an excellent candidate experience and maintaining accurate recruitment records.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 1 years of recruiting or sourcing experience.
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting and high-volume hiring.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); SAP preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of HR processes and employment compliance.
