Responsibilities
- Partner with global HEMA and Education leaders to develop and execute people strategies aligned with business goals
- Provide guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent management to support evolving commercial priorities
- Lead talent initiatives across performance management, succession planning, employee engagement, and leadership development
- Coach and advise leaders on employee relations, change management, and organizational effectiveness
- Drive implementation of HR programs, policies, and processes to ensure consistency and compliance across the organization
- Use data and analytics to identify trends, inform decisions, and improve talent outcomes
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Centers of Excellence (e.g., Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Learning & Development) to deliver integrated HR solutions
- Support transformation initiatives, ensuring effective communication, adoption, and minimal disruption to business operations
- Foster an inclusive, purpose-driven culture aligned with the Johnson & Johnson Credo and leadership principles
- Bachelor’s degree required (Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field)
- Master’s degree or MBA preferred
- Strong cross-functional project management experience in a global highly matrixed organization. Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR Business Partner or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated experience supporting global or commercial organizations
- Strong knowledge of talent management, organizational design, and workforce planning practices
- Proven ability to influence and partner with senior & executive leaders
- Experience managing complex HR programs and driving change initiatives
- Strong technical, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience supporting global healthcare, Med Tech, or life sciences organizations preferred
- Knowledge of HEMA, market access, and commercial education functions preferred
- Experience in global or matrixed environments preferred
- Strong background in organizational transformation and change management preferred
- Experience leveraging HR systems, analytics, and dashboards to drive insights preferred
- Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) preferred
- English proficiency required.
