As a Human Resources Manager, you will lead our HR department and collaborate with various departments to create and implement effective HR strategies. With your strong communication and interpersonal skills, you will build relationships with our diverse workforce and provide guidance and support on HR matters.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or minimum 4 years HR experience, prior hotel experience preferred
  • Strong and effective communication skills
  • Ability to interpret and advise property management according to employment laws of jurisdiction
  • Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other Team Members
  • Strong employment law, recruiting and retention background a must
  • Experience with Affirmitive Action helpful
  • Ability to manage a diversified workforce
  • Demonstrates a high degree of confidentiality and common sense
  • Ability to work in a stressful environment and remain flexible to constant change
