Human Resources Associate – Compensation & HR Operations
OverviewA highly regarded investment organization is seeking a Human Resources Associate to join its collaborative HR team. This role provides broad exposure to the employee lifecycle while serving as a key resource for compensation, HR systems, payroll coordination, benefits administration, and HR analytics. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, service-focused, and enjoys improving processes in a fast-paced professional environment.
Key Responsibilities- Support the annual compensation review cycle through data preparation, analysis, reporting, and process coordination.
- Assist with compensation planning, budgeting, accruals, audit support, and related financial reporting.
- Maintain employee data and ensure accuracy across HRIS and internal HR systems throughout the employee lifecycle.
- Partner with payroll and benefits functions to support payroll reconciliation, retirement plan administration, and benefits reporting.
- Prepare compensation survey submissions and analyze market data to support compensation strategy.
- Identify opportunities to improve HR workflows, reporting capabilities, and system efficiencies.
- Assist with performance management processes, employee evaluations, and talent development initiatives.
- Develop and maintain standardized HR procedures, documentation, and operational workflows.
