Global Onboarding Lead
The Global Onboarding Lead will play a critical role in building and running the global onboarding experience that sets every new Klaviyo up to drive impact from day one. This role is a great opportunity for someone who loves building, operating, and iterating—someone who can translate organizational needs and stakeholder input into a seamless, high-impact onboarding experience at global scale.
This role sits on the Talent & Learning team and reports to the Senior Manager of Learning & Development. The Onboarding Lead will have a direct impact on how new hires experience Klaviyo from the moment they accept an offer, while also shaping how our most senior leaders onboard and integrate into the company.

- Serve as the lead facilitator for live onboarding experiences in our Boston office, creating an engaging and high-impact start for every new hire.
- Track and report on program health using qualitative and quantitative data—including completion rates, satisfaction scores, and time-to-productivity metrics—and use those insights to drive continuous improvement
- Design, develop, and maintain onboarding curriculum that reflects Klaviyo's culture, values, and business priorities, applying instructional design best practices across live, async, and digital modalities
- Apply AI tools actively and creatively across every stage of the content lifecycle—from needs analysis and curriculum design to content generation, personalization, and reinforcement—continuously experimenting to make learning faster to build and more impactful to experience
- Partner with subject matter experts to keep content accurate, regionally appropriate, and refreshed as needed
- Build strong relationships with People Partners, Talent Acquisition, IT, Finance, Legal, and business leaders to ensure a seamless experience from pre-boarding through ramp
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholder input on onboarding scope, timing, and priorities—influencing without authority to align partners around a unified new hire experience
- Partner with HRBPs, VP of HRBP & Talent Development, and the Senior Manager of L&D to design and deliver a dedicated onboarding experience for executives and senior leaders, including curated connection opportunities, briefing materials, and frameworks tailored to each leader's role and context
- Use AI to streamline program operations—automating workflows, surfacing insights from data, and finding new ways to scale a high-touch experience without sacrificing quality
