Formlabs is seeking a People Analytics & Compensation Manager in Boston, MA to lead a transparent, data‑driven compensation system and build a mature people analytics function. You will manage 1–2 direct reports and partner with Finance and People Partners to align compensation with strategy.
You will own the global compensation framework, analytics, and recruiting metrics, driving credible, business‑savvy decisions across international markets while ensuring equity and market competitiveness.
