Denver, CO; and Toronto. +A provides state-of-the-art integrated and coordinated mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection consulting engineering, technology systems design, lighting design, and building commissioning services.
- Consults with HR Director, Sr HR Generalist and management to understand the requirements, duties, and qualifications desired for the specified vacant position(s).
- Collects and analyzes data to maintain current understanding of fair and competitive market candidate availability, and demand for candidates in particular fields.
- Consults data, records and a variety of recruitment resources to identify and select potential candidates for vacant positions.
- Recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for certain open positions
- Follows-up with hiring managers after the interview process to determine whether a placement can be made; collects feedback when placement is unsuccessful.
- Arranges meeting locations, travel, and/or accommodations for applicants and company managers.
- Processes candidates’ references and credentials, verifying experience and backgrounds.
- Guides candidates on the interview and hiring process.
- Organizes and attends job fairs, campus events, and other networking opportunities.
- Maintains and ensures compliance with applicable equal employment opportunity (EEO) and related employment laws and regulations.
- Performs other human resources related duties as assigned.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with aptitude in conducting interviews.
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to act with integrity and professionalism, and maintain confidentiality
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field required.
- At least five years of human resources or related experience required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, ADP Workforce Now, and talent management systems strongly preferred .
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP a plus.

Salary range for 5-11 years of experience: $80,000 to $110,000
