Klaviyo is seeking a Recruiting Operations Coordinator on a 6-month contract basis to support our global recruiting operations team. You will own the end-to-end candidate coordination lifecycle, partnering with recruiters, interviewers, and hiring managers to hire efficiently at scale.
Based in our Boston office, you will coordinate virtual and onsite interviews, manage travel and reimbursements, and drive process improvements using Guide, Greenhouse, Slack, Navan, and Google Workspace.
