Front Ventures is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead high-volume recruitment across MA, IL and corporate markets, acting as the first impression for candidates. You will own full life-cycle hiring and partner with hiring managers to understand needs.
You will schedule interviews, extend offers, and analyze hiring metrics to improve sourcing and DEI initiatives in a fast-paced cannabis industry environment. This is a 3-month contract, part-time role paying $28/hr.
