The Suffolk University Law School Office of Admissions isseeking an enthusiastic and professional Seasonal Recruiter
to assist with fall recruitment efforts. The Seasonal Recruiter will serve as an ambassador for Suffolk University Law School atlaw school recruitment events across the country and will play an important role in engaging prospective students and positivelyrepresenting the law school.
The ideal candidate will be outgoing, organized,detail-oriented, professional, efficient, and comfortableinteracting with a wide range of prospective students and other event participants. Strong interpersonal and communication skills,as well as a genuine desire to represent Suffolk University Law School, are essential.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe Seasonal Recruiter will:
- Attend law school fairs, forums, and other recruitment events throughout the country.
- Represent Suffolk University Law School in a positive,professional, and enthusiastic manner.
- Answer prospective students’ questions about Suffolk University Law School, the admissions process, and the student experience.
- Distribute admissions materials and other recruitment information.
- Research and identify appropriate travel arrangements for assigned recruiting events.
- Maintain organized records and notes regarding recruitmenttrips and interactions with prospective students.
- Provide thoughtful assessments and feedback followingrecruiting events to assist the Office of Admissions in planningfuture recruitment efforts.
- Complete other recruitment-related duties as assigned.
- Assist in the Law Admission Office when not on recruitingtrips.
Candidates must:
- Be a Suffolk University Law School alum.
- Have graduated from Suffolk University Law School in good academic and disciplinary standing.
- Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Be organized, detail-oriented, professional, outgoing, and efficient.
- Demonstrate a strong desire to positively represent Suffolk University Law School.
- Possess a valid driver’s license.
- Possess a major credit card for approved travel-relatedarrangements and expenses.
This is a temporary position running from September through
November 2026. Because recruitment events will take placethroughout the fall and will require travel, scheduling will varybased on the recruitment calendar and assigned events. Days offwill be determined on a case-by-case basis.
The Seasonal Recruiter will be compensated on a per diem basis.
The salary for this position is $51,000 annually, prorated to theamount of time worked. All approved travel expenses incurred inconnection with work-related recruiting activities will be reimbursed in accordance with Suffolk University Law Schoolprocedures.

The salary range for this role is $51,000.00.

The actual salary offered to the selected candidate will depend on various factors, including, butnot limited to, the position’s scope and responsibilities, the candidate’s experience, education, training, and applicable legal requirements. The listed pay range reflects base salary only anddoes not include additional benefits or compensation.
