Recruiter, Recruiter ​/ Talent Acquisition

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Recruiter (6-Month Temporary Assignment) to join the Recruiting Team, based in Chicago, Boston, or New York
.

In this contract role, you will support end-to-end recruiting execution with a focus on sourcing and hiring technical talent across the organization. This role is hands-on and delivery-focused, ensuring an efficient hiring process and strong candidate experience across a diverse range of positions.

• Full lifecycle recruitment for Data Science and AI Engineering roles
• Proactively source active and passive tech talent through Linked In Recruiter, job boards, direct outreach, referrals, and other sourcing channels
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines to support current hiring needs
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate outreach and phone screens
• Coordinate interview scheduling and manage candidate communications throughout the process
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience from initial contact through offer stage
• Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System and support reporting needs
• Support recruitment campaigns and high-volume hiring efforts as needed

• 2+ years of recruitment experience, with exposure to sourcing and hiring technology talent
• Experience supporting full lifecycle recruitment in a fast-paced environment
• Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with Linked In Recruiter and other recruiting tools
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced yet consensus-based corporate culture
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
