For our client, we are seeking a Human Resources Business Partner Senior Director to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space.

This senior HR leadership role will partner closely with executive leadership to shape people strategy for digital, data, and technology functions across the enterprise. The role will drive organizational effectiveness, support major transformation efforts, and help ensure the workforce is structured to meet evolving business and technical needs. It will also influence leadership capability, talent planning, and a culture of innovation and continuous learning in a highly regulated, science-driven environment.

Location:

Boston, MA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $227,200 – $340,800 annually

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary HR partner to the Chief Digital & Information Officer
  • Lead change initiatives to embed the data, technology, and AI operating model
  • Design organizational structures to enhance effectiveness and accountability
  • Own the talent strategy for data, technology, and AI roles across the enterprise
  • Develop strategies for attracting and retaining technical talent
  • Coach and elevate leadership performance through structured reviews
  • Champion a culture of innovation and continuous learning
Qualifications
  • 12+ years of progressive HR experience in technology-enabled organizations
  • Experience partnering with data, technology, AI, and other technical teams
  • Strong understanding of AI's impact on organizational structures and capabilities
  • Demonstrated ability to use data and analytics for HR decision-making
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
