GTM Recruiter

We're seeking an experienced Go-to-Market (GTM) Recruiter to support high-growth hiring across sales, marketing, customer success, and other revenue-generating functions. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and has direct experience recruiting within a startup setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Business Development, and Revenue Operations
• Partner closely with GTM leadership (CRO, VP Sales, VP Marketing) to understand hiring needs, priorities, and team structure
• Build and execute sourcing strategies to attract top GTM talent in competitive, fast-moving markets
• Manage a high-volume requisition load while maintaining a strong candidate experience
• Drive interview scheduling, candidate assessment, and offer processes with speed and precision
• Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines to support ongoing and future hiring needs
• Provide data-driven recruiting updates and metrics to leadership
• Help build and refine recruiting processes and infrastructure as the organization scales

• Proven experience recruiting for Go-to-Market functions (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, etc.)
• Required:
  
  Prior recruiting experience within a startup or high-growth environment
• Strong sourcing skills and ATS proficiency
• Ability to manage multiple open requisitions in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable operating with autonomy and adapting quickly to shifting priorities
