Role:
Vice President, HR Business Partner for Flagship Labs, overseeing talent strategy and organizational development for approximately 110 employees across pioneering biotech units.

Responsibilities

• serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership, translate business goals into HR initiatives, support talent development and engagement, coach managers, and lead HR operations within a matrixed, fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate on leadership programs, workforce planning, change management, and employee experience initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree with 15-20+ years HR experience or Master's with 10-15+ years, preferably with biotech/pharma background.
• Skills include organizational effectiveness, executive coaching, change management, and HRIS proficiency.
