Job Description Role Summary
The Senior Director, Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) provides strategic HR partnership to leaders across Global Commercial Strategy, U.S. Pricing & Access / Government Affairs, Global Pricing, and Health Economics & Outcomes Research (HEOR). Reporting to the Head of HR for Commercialization, this role focuses on talent strategy, organizational design, and supporting commercial transformation efforts
. This role partners closely with the VP of Commercial Transformation to align people and organizational priorities with the broader Commercial Transformation agenda, and in support of the resources within the transformation office.
- Serve as a strategic HR advisor to senior leaders across multiple Commercialization functions
- Provide guidance on organization design, talent management, and workforce planning
- Support leaders in aligning people strategies to business priorities
- Partner with Commercial Transformation leadership to support execution of transformation initiatives
- Translate business priorities into organizational and talent implications
- Support implementation of new operating models and ways of working
- Support identification and assessment of critical roles across Commercialization
- Partner with Talent and business leaders on succession planning and development strategies
- Contribute to capability-building and commercial excellence initiatives
- Support organizational design and change initiatives across supported functions
- Provide coaching and guidance to leaders during periods of change
- Use data and insights to inform talent and organization decisions
- Partner with a shared People Advisor who supports employee relations, performance management processes, and day‑to‑day HR needs
- Ensure alignment between strategic priorities and HR program execution
- 10–12+ years of HR experience, including HR Business Partner roles in complex, matrixed organizations
- Experience supporting commercial, pricing, access, strategy, or value functions preferred
- Experience in organizational design, talent management, and change initiatives
- Strong business acumen and ability to influence senior stakeholders

Pay Range$227,200 - $340,800
Disclosure StatementThe range provided is based on what we believe is a reasonable estimate for the base salary pay range for this job at the time of posting. This role is eligible for an annual bonus and annual equity awards. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay, in accordance with federal and state requirements. Actual base salary pay will be based on a number of factors, including skills, competencies, experience, and other job‑related factors permitted by law.
