As an Entry Level Recruiter, you'll be fully supported through a structured onboarding and mentorship program while you:

• Learn the fundamentals of recruitment and business development through hands-on training and expert mentorship
• Partner with globally recognized clients to identify and attract industry-leading EHSQ professionals
• Build strong, lasting relationships with safety, environmental, and sustainability professionals across North America
• Support the growth of client accounts and help research new market opportunities
• Contribute fresh ideas to our company culture and play an active role in our continued growth

• 0–2 years of experience
• No recruitment experience necessary, we provide full training; prior experience in sales, customer service, or a client-facing role is a plus
• A naturally inquisitive mindset with strong attention to detail
• A proactive, resourceful approach to solving problems
• Drive, ambition, and motivation to achieve personal and team goals
• Willingness to learn new markets and be rewarded through a strong commission structure
• Excellent organization and the ability to manage competing priorities
• A natural ability to connect with people and build trusted relationships
• A genuine desire for continuous learning and professional development
