Overview

At Suffolk, we believe that how our people experience work matters every day, on every job site, and in every office. The Senior Manager, Employee Experience, Events & Culture plays a pivotal role in bringing this belief to life.

This is more than a role; it's an opportunity to shape the employee experience across Suffolk's Mission Critical business. As the national Employee Experience leader for Mission Critical, this individual is responsible for designing and delivering a high-touch employee experience that reflects our core values of Passion, Integrity, Hard Work, Professionalism, and Caring.

This leader owns employee experience, culture, and engagement across the Mission Critical business. From onboarding and recognition to community-building and employee engagement, this role creates meaningful moments that reinforce Suffolk's values, enhance the employee journey, and contribute to an environment where employees choose to build and grow their careers with Suffolk.

If you thrive in environments where no two days are the same, love creating memorable experiences, and are energized by bringing people together, this role is for you.

This role requires up to 20% travel to drive employee experience initiatives and engage with employees across Mission Critical project sites nationwide. When not traveling, the role requires on-site presence four days per week in our Boston office and offers access to free parking, an on-site fitness center, cafeteria, and other amenities that contribute to Suffolk's collaborative culture.
