For our client, we are seeking a Senior Director, Human Resources Business Partner, Global Commercial Strategy to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space.

This leader will partner closely with senior commercial executives to shape people strategies that support growth, transformation, and operational effectiveness across a complex global organization. The role will guide organizational design, talent planning, and change execution while helping translate business priorities into practical workforce solutions. It also calls for strong influence with senior stakeholders and close collaboration across commercial strategy and transformation teams to advance capability-building and business performance.

Location:

Boston, MA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $227,200 – $340,800 annually

Responsibilities
  • Act as a strategic HR advisor to senior leaders in Commercialization functions
  • Guide organizational design, talent management, and workforce planning efforts
  • Align people strategies with business objectives
  • Collaborate with transformation leadership on execution of initiatives
  • Translate business priorities into organizational and talent implications
  • Support the implementation of new operating models and working methods
  • Contribute to capability-building and commercial excellence initiatives
Qualifications
  • 10-12+ years of HR experience, including HR Business Partner roles in complex, matrixed organizations
  • Experience in commercial, pricing, access, strategy, or value functions preferred
  • Proven track record in organizational design and talent management
  • History of leading change initiatives effectively
  • Strong business acumen and ability to influence senior stakeholders
