Join a collaborative Total Rewards team and provide hands on benefits operations support during Open Enrollment and year end. This is a strong fit for someone with foundational HR or benefits experience who is eager to learn, takes initiative, and is highly accurate with detailed work.
Key Details- Work arrangement: hybrid, 2 days on site and 3 days remote
- On site location options:
Boston or Hingham - Schedule:
40 hours per week, any 8 hours between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM Monday through Friday - Contract length: through February 2027
- Pay rate: 35 per hour (W2)
- Build real Total Rewards exposure across health and welfare, disability, vision, retirement, wellness, and retiree medical
- Gain hands on Workday benefits experience, including Open Enrollment support and testing
- Strengthen your benefits operations toolkit through invoicing, audits, and detailed data work
- Work in a team that values curiosity, follow through, and getting things right
- Answer benefits questions from employees and retirees via email and phone
- Support a shared HR inbox with Tier 2 benefits inquiries
- Review benefit changes submitted in Workday and confirm eligibility and plan rules
- Process monthly benefits invoices and help resolve discrepancies with vendors
- Perform Excel based audits and administrative data work
- Format and manipulate spreadsheets before sending information to Payroll or other partners
- Assist with Workday Benefits and Open Enrollment testing
- Validate rates, eligibility rules, and election behavior during UAT
- Update and format Summary Plan Descriptions and related benefits documents
- Use existing FAQs and templates for common questions, and know when to research or escalation
- 2 plus years of HR benefits support or benefits administration experience (or closely related HR operations experience)
- Foundational benefits knowledge and comfort answering questions without escalating everything
- Strong attention to detail and a clear quality control process to check your work
- Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
- Workday benefits experience
- Open Enrollment support experience
- Retiree medical administration exposure
- Benefits invoicing and vendor coordination experience
