HR Coordinator

Our client, a globally recognized investment organization, is seeking an HR Coordinator to support key talent initiatives and help deliver an exceptional employee and candidate experience. This role plays a vital part in recruiting operations, onboarding, interview coordination, and performance management activities across the organization.

The ideal candidate has 1+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or staffing experience and thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment.

Responsibilities include coordinating candidate interviews and recruitment logistics from initial outreach through onboarding; managing candidate communications, travel arrangements, and in-office interview experiences; maintaining recruiting data, requisitions, candidate activity, and documentation within an applicant tracking system; preparing reports and tracking hiring metrics to keep stakeholders informed on search progress; assisting with offer administration, background screening, and orientation scheduling for new hires; supporting performance review cycles through scheduling, materials preparation, system administration, and reporting;

processing recruiting-related invoices and providing additional support for talent initiatives as needed.

The ideal candidate possesses 1+ years of recruiting coordination, HR support, staffing, or talent acquisition experience; exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously; strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy; polished written and verbal communication skills; advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; experience with applicant tracking systems, with Workday knowledge preferred; discretion when handling confidential information;

and a proactive, team-oriented approach with a willingness to take ownership of projects.
