We're looking for ambitious Sourcing Consultants to join our growing Boston team.
In this role, you'll identify, engage and manage top technology talent, build specialist candidate networks and work closely with experienced consultants to deliver exceptional recruitment solutions for industry-leading clients.
You'll receive structured training, ongoing coaching and clear career progression, giving you everything you need to build a successful career in technology recruitment.
We're open to graduates and candidates from customer-facing backgrounds such as sales, hospitality or retail. If you're driven, confident and motivated to succeed, we'd love to hear from you.
