Amazon is seeking a hands-on, solution-oriented Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to help our store teams thrive. In this role, you will be the go-to HR partner for store leadership and Team Members — ensuring we have the right talent, strong leaders, and a culture that delivers exceptional customer and Team Member experiences every day.

You will build trusted, face-to-face relationships with leaders on the floor and serve as the client face of Team Member Services, connecting your stores with Recruiting, Team Member and Team Leader Development, Compensation, Benefits, HRIS, and Legal. You will coach leaders, guide change, and influence decisions around talent and organizational design — all while staying grounded in the realities of day-to-day store operations and maintaining compliance with corporate policies, government regulations, and statutory requirements.

This is an in-person role. You'll be on-site in our stores four days per week, working shoulder-to-shoulder with the leaders and Team Members you support — walking the floor and being a familiar, trusted face, not working from behind a desk or screen.

The HRBP serves as a trusted advisor and member of the business leadership team — expected to bring perspectives on the intersections of people strategy and business performance. You will engage as a subject matter expert on Team Member Services-related topics and model a commitment to customer service, Team Member well-being, and the values that set our organization apart.
