In this role, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to leaders, translating business priorities into people strategies that support growth, organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and change. You will play a key role in shaping talent, culture, and leadership capability while ensuring a positive employee experience across the organization.

What You'll Do Strategic Business Partnership
  • Build strong relationships with business leaders, providing expert people advice and guidance.
  • Partner with leaders to develop and execute people strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Provide insights and recommendations on workforce planning, succession planning, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Leverage people analytics and data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that drive business outcomes.
Organizational Design & Workforce Planning
  • Support organizational design initiatives that align structure, capability, and business strategy.
  • Partner with leaders on workforce planning and succession planning efforts.
  • Assess organizational effectiveness and recommend improvements that enhance performance and agility.
Talent & Performance Management
  • Lead talent review and succession planning activities within supported business areas.
  • Identify critical talent and key roles while driving development and career progression plans.
  • Support leadership development and talent management programs.
  • Coach leaders on performance management and employee development best practices.
Employee Relations & Compliance
  • Provide expert guidance on employee relations matters, ensuring fair, consistent, and compliant solutions.
  • Partner with managers to resolve employee issues and mitigate organizational risk.
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation, company policies, and HR best practices.
  • Identify people-related risks and support proactive mitigation strategies.
Change Management & Transformation
  • Lead the people-related aspects of organizational change and transformation initiatives.
  • Support business transformation projects through effective stakeholder engagement and change management practices.
  • Drive adoption and sustainment of organizational change initiatives.
Culture & Employee Engagement
  • Partner with leaders to foster an inclusive, engaging, and high-performing culture aligned with Dechra's values.
  • Analyze employee feedback and engagement data to develop meaningful action plans.
  • Support initiatives that enhance employee experience and organizational health.
HR Excellence & Continuous Improvement
  • Ensure successful execution of core HR processes, including performance management, talent reviews, compensation planning, and workforce planning.
  • Champion continuous improvement across People & Culture processes and systems.
  • Support the adoption of HR technology and data-driven decision-making practices.
What You'll Bring Required Experience
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner within a complex, matrixed organization.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting Go-to-Market (GTM) and/or Sales organizations.
  • Experience partnering with senior leaders and leadership teams.
  • Successful track record leading organizational change and transformation initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of talent management, organizational design, workforce planning, and employee relations.
  • Knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices.
  • Experience leveraging HR systems, people analytics, and workforce data to support decision-making.
