This role will provide expert counsel on executive pay strategy, market competitiveness, short- and long-term incentive design, and compensation-related governance and disclosure.  ### ### Working closely with senior leadership and partners across Human Resources, Legal, Finance, Tax, Accounting, and Investor Relations, the Director will develop data-driven recommendations that align executive compensation with PTC’s business strategy, performance objectives, talent priorities, and shareholder interests.  

### ### This is a highly visible individual-contributor role requiring deep executive compensation expertise, sound judgment, exceptional analytical capability, and the ability to communicate complex issues clearly.###   ###
** Key Responsibilities**  ### ###
** Executive Compensation Strategy and Design**  * ### Lead the design, evaluation, and ongoing management of executive compensation programs, including base salary, annual incentives, and long-term equity incentives.* ### Develop compensation recommendations for executive  leaders based on market data, internal equity, business performance, individual contribution, and talent considerations.* ### With our third party executive compensation consultant and partner to evaluate program effectiveness and recommend changes that strengthen alignment between executive rewards, company performance, and shareholder interests.
* ### Monitor executive compensation trends, competitive practices, regulatory developments, and governance expectations within the enterprise software and technology sectors.* ### Provide subject-matter expertise on executive hiring, promotions, retention arrangements, severance, and other compensation-related matters.* ### Manage the third party executive compensation consultant to ensure timely delivery and accuracy of Board Compensation & People Committee materials.* ### Develop financial models and scenario analyses related to executive pay, incentive-plan design, performance outcomes, equity usage, and dilution.
* ### Maintain strong controls and data integrity across executive compensation analyses, records, and reporting.###   ### ###
** Compensation Committee and Board Support**  * ### Lead the development of Compensation Committee materials, analyses, presentations, and recommendations in partnership with our third party executive compensation consultant, senior leadership and key stakeholders.* ### Manage the annual Compensation Committee calendar and coordinate the preparation and review of required materials ensuring timely delivery and accuracy of board materials* ### Support senior leaders in preparing for Compensation Committee discussions and decisions.
