We are partnering with a high-growth SaaS company headquartered in Boston looking to bring on a Go-to-Market HR Business Partner.
This is a high-visibility leadership role for an HR leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, and excels at partnering directly with quota-carrying revenue leadership.
Responsibilities:- Serve as the primary HR partner to the CRO and SVP of BD.
- Advise executive leadership on organizational structure, spans and layers, territory coverage shifts, and sales capacity modeling.
- Lead executive talent reviews and calibrations with sales leadership to establish high performance bars, build succession pipelines, and drive retention.
- Coach VP and Director-level sales leaders through performance management, team dynamics, and complex workforce decisions.
- Partner with Total Rewards and Rev Ops on sales incentive structures, role clarity, and performance differentiation.
- Leverage modern AI-enabled workflow tools and workforce analytics to drive rapid, data-informed talent insights.
- 10+ years of progressive people experience
- 8+ years experience supporting Go-to-Market teams
