We are seeking an AI & Automation Strategy & Deployment Manager to lead and drive AI strategy, deployment, and execution for internal business functions at Wolf & Company. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in developing AI-driven initiatives, working closely with Information Services, Line of Business, and Go-To-Market teams, and ensuring a strong ROI-driven approach.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute AI and automation centered workflow improvements to enhance business efficiency and innovation
• Organize, monitor, and lead AI deployment efforts across internal teams
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, IT, and Learning & Development to drive AI adoption across the firm
• Own, deliver, and track effectiveness of AI-driven business initiatives from ideation to implementation
• Evaluate and measure ROI on AI-driven projects and present insights to leadership
• Analyze business and customer needs to ensure AI solutions align with organizational goals, emerging industry trends, and customer demands
• Drive AI adoption and education across the organization, fostering a data-driven culture
• Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging AI technologies to position the company to take full advantage of emerging tools, technologies, and processes

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, strategy, automation or AI implementation
• Experience in management consulting is a plus
• Knowledge of AI technologies and innovations and AI-driven business models
• Familiarity with data analysis, ROI measurement, and business intelligence tools
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and within a matrixed environment
• Ability to own, drive, and deliver AI initiatives with a strategic mindset
• Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred

Skills:

• Familiarity with AI technologies, machine learning applications, or business automation tools
• Proven expertise in and/or knowledge of AI technologies and innovations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess AI impact on business performance
