Job DescriptionTo support the growth of the Nexthink business, we are expanding our Solution Consulting team in North America. The focus of the Solution Consulting organization is to create and deliver innovative value propositions to executive audiences within enterprise accounts by aligning technical capabilities with business outcomes.
The primary purpose of the role is to support the sales organization in the local territory to achieve revenue goals by providing presales support for new and existing customers. As a key member of the territory team, the Solution Consultant collaborates with Sales, Professional Services, and Partner teams to understand sales and business priorities and align activity with local business needs.
The role
:
- Become a Nexthink SME and thought leader to drive the business value of the Nexthink Platform.
- Help the sales team qualify leads by applying deep understanding of product capabilities to address business issues and demonstrate business value.
- Demonstrate how Nexthink solutions support customer initiatives and generate business outcomes.
- Work with stakeholders in IT Security, IT Operations, and IT Service Management to illustrate use cases where Nexthink adds value; requires strong account management and enthusiasm for introducing disruptive technology.
- Support and lead large-scale enterprise transactions as a solution consultant, using industry knowledge to move deals forward.
- Run and facilitate value-based workshops with prospects to uncover how Nexthink can address strategic projects and major issues.
- Participate as a speaker in key company events and other marketing activities.
- Evangelize Nexthink internally and externally, driving business value.
- This is a field-based role requiring domestic travel to client sites in the Northeast Region and occasional travel to other Nexthink sites within the USA and internationally.
- Extensive experience (5+ years) in presales or a technical consulting role, ideally selling SaaS/Cloud-based solutions.
- Proven experience working with a sales organization and a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals.
- Experience as a key technical resource leading the introduction of new technology into a new market.
- Experience in one or more of the following areas:
Workplace/End User/Desktop Services;
Digital Experience Monitoring or similar end-user experience functions;
Cloud, Windows 10, O365 and related Migration/Release/Change projects; ITIL/Service Lifecycle;
Security, Governance, Risk or Compliance; complex solutions environments. - Superior business acumen with the ability to use business context to generate creative, pragmatic solutions.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work independently and escalate issues when needed.
- Technologically savvy with the ability to learn Nexthink products and services.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills; comfortable engaging with senior leaders and executives.
- Team player who thrives in a dynamic work environment.
