Aboutthe Role
The Senior Data Engineer at Repsly is a high‑impact technical role centered on building the end‑to‑end solutions that power our customer‑facing data products. In this role you will turn raw information into competitive for global brands. As we are just starting our pivotal re‑platforming initiative of our data landscape, you will play a foundational role in building the architecture that will enable Repsly’s growth and product innovation for years to come.

- Participate in architectural design and implementation of the new Data Analytics platform
- Build resilient Data Pipelines between core Repsly services and Data platform
- Design, build and maintain the semantic layer to ensure the data remains secure, governed and reliable
- Build and maintain standardized reports and dashboards on the Data Analytics platform
- Data Analytics platform health and stability
- Proactively identify and suggest areas for optimization
- 8+ years of experience in data engineering, proven track record of building and managing production‑grade data pipelines and working on large datasets
- Strong SQL and understanding of data modeling techniques
- Experience in developing complex dashboards in modern BI tools
- Strong communication skills, proactive engagement for long‑term goals, and full ownership over deliveries
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies, including Scrum
- Dev Ops mindset, familiarity with CI/CD workflows
- Fluent in English
