Title: Project Manager – Medical & Commercial Technology
Location: Greater Boston Area, MA (Hybrid – 2 days onsite)

About the roleThis role supports enterprise Medical and Commercial Technology initiatives> within a regulated life sciences environment. You will manage multiple, high‑visibility programs focused on data, digital platforms, and AI‑driven solutions, partnering closely with business and technology stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end‑to‑end delivery of multiple Medical & Commercial technology programs with parallel work streams
- Own project planning, schedules, stage gates, and status reporting through launch
- Manage cross‑functional execution, dependencies, and resourcing across teams
- Proactively track and resolve risks, issues, actions, and decisions using RAID logs
- Facilitate delivery using JIRA across Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies
- Provide clear, executive‑ready weekly project status reporting
- 7+ years of Project or Program Management experience in Pharma, Biotech, or Life Sciences
- Strong experience delivering Medical Affairs or Commercial Technology systems
- Hands‑on expertise with JIRA, RAID management, and cross‑functional delivery
- Exposure to platforms such as Med Info, Publications Management, AI/Analytics, MDM, or Content Systems
- Proven ability to communicate with technical teams, business partners, and senior leadership
- Experience working in regulated, compliance‑driven environments
- Estimated hourly range: $80–$90/hr (W-2)
- Final rate within this range will be based on skills, experience, and interview results.
