We are looking for a hands-on VP Sales HR Tech USA to lead and scale our US revenue operations from the ground up.
You will own the full revenue lifecycle in the United States: defining go-to-market strategy, closing strategic and enterprise deals, and building a high-performing sales organization. This role combines executive-level strategy with direct execution and requires deep experience navigating complex B2B sales cycles in HR Tech.
You will be the face and voice of HrFlow.ai in the US market, engaging large enterprises, HR leaders, and strategic partners who are actively seeking AI-driven solutions to modernize talent acquisition and workforce management.
Your mission is clear: establish HrFlow.ai as a reference HR Tech platform in the US, drive predictable revenue growth, and build a sales organization capable of scaling fast and sustainably.
Responsibilities- Define and execute the US sales strategy aligned with company growth objectives
- Own revenue forecasting, pipeline coverage, and quota setting
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to refine ICPs, pricing, and value propositions
- Represent the voice of the US market internally, contributing to product roadmap and strategic decisions
- Personally manage and close strategic and enterprise-level deals
- Oversee the entire sales cycle, including:
- Lead qualification and discovery
- Solution selling and value articulation
- Product demonstrations and POCs
- Commercial negotiations and contract closing
- Ensure disciplined use of CRM, forecasting accuracy, and data-driven decision-making
- Build the US sales team from scratch, including:
- Hiring and onboarding Account Executives
- Design and deploy sales playbooks, scripts, and methodologies adapted to HR Tech and AI-driven solutions
- Implement structured training and continuous enablement programs (product, sales skills, objection handling, compliance)
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performance sales culture
- Set clear objectives, KPIs, and performance standards
- Conduct regular pipeline reviews, deal coaching, and performance assessments
- Build a culture of accountability, learning, and ethical selling
- 10+ years of experience in B2B sales within HR Tech, including senior leadership roles.
- Proven experience as VP Sales, Head of Sales, or Sales Director in a startup or scale-up environment.
- Strong network & experience in the HR Tech ecosystem
- Demonstrated success building and scaling sales teams from the ground up.
- High data literacy and strong command of CRM tools, forecasting, and pipeline metrics.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
- Ability to operate in fast-changing environments.
- Familiarity with APIs, developer tools, and enterprise technology solutions.
- Love solving problems and diving into challenges head-on.
- Familiarity with AI concepts and their business applications.
- Background working with European-founded companies expanding into the US market.
