Job Overview

We are looking for an Infrastructure and Support Manager who is responsible for maintenance of the firm’s IT structure and for managing and mentoring a team of IT support specialists.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the firm’s third‑party Managed Service Provider (MSP) relationship, monitoring SLAs and KPIs, conducting regular service reviews, addressing escalations, and driving continuous improvement.
  • Lead and mentor a team of internal IT support and infrastructure staff, providing clear direction, coaching, and performance feedback while fostering a collaborative, service‑oriented culture.
  • Coordinate and ensure timely, high‑quality resolution of IT support requests across internal IT staff and the MSP, maintaining consistently high levels of user satisfaction and minimizing business disruption.
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and ongoing operation of the firm’s IT infrastructure, including cloud services (Microsoft Azure, Entra , Microsoft 365), end‑user systems and devices, and LAN/WAN/WLAN networks, ensuring high availability, security, scalability, and performance.
  • Develop and execute infrastructure roadmaps and strategic improvement plans, aligning technology platforms and capabilities with business objectives while ensuring a resilient, scalable, and cost‑effective environment.
  • Lead IT infrastructure projects end‑to‑end, including system upgrades, enterprise‑level solution implementations, cloud and platform migrations, lifecycle refreshes, and security enhancements.
  • Ensure comprehensive documentation of infrastructure architecture, system configurations, standards, processes, and operating procedures to support operational continuity and knowledge transfer.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory, data protection, and cybersecurity requirements, collaborating closely with internal compliance, risk, and cybersecurity teams.
  • Manage vendor relationships and contracts for IT services, software, hardware, and cloud solutions, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, performance management, and cost optimization.
  • Actively participate in technology budgeting and financial planning, forecasting infrastructure and support costs, managing spend against budget, and identifying opportunities to optimize investments while maintaining service quality.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in infrastructure management, IT leadership and personnel management, and network engineering.
  • Strong background in implementing and managing systems/network, leading infrastructure projects, and technical support oversight.
  • Expertise in IT infrastructure, cloud solutions (M365/Entra/Azure), and systems/network security.
  • Proficiency in system administration, troubleshooting, and IT project execution.
