Good knowledge on Salesforce Cloud (from product perspective).
How much they know vendor product (i.e product roadmap) - last 18 months of SF launches new functionality.
Overall Program Management and Stakeholder Management experience
" Relationship building
" Product prioritization etc.
" Meet and prioritize the work with Product Manager, taking input from business.
" Help business take decisions.
" Capability to meet will multiple stakeholders as Tech representative
" Multi feature, multiproduct planning experience should be there
" Product planning, spring planning, backlog management
" Gatekeeper for Development team, to see how requirements are coming in.
" Knows Product Lifecycle from beginning to end. Acceptance Criteria, backlog, KPIs etc.
It s a director level position so we need Excellent communication, street smart guy.
