This would be a 3-month contract with the possibility of extension with our client, a large tech and data company supporting the healthcare industry. The position requires onsite work 3 days per week in Boston, MA, with 2 days remote.

We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to support the Web & Search team in executing our digital marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will be results-oriented, with a proven track record in developing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns that enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and increase customer engagement. Responsibilities include supporting all aspects of online marketing efforts—from ideation and execution to analysis and reporting—with a focus on optimizing user experience and driving conversions.

The role demands effective management of multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and collaboration with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement engaging landing pages in response to stakeholder requests, using our content management system (Word Press).
  • Apply conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies and conduct A/B testing to enhance website performance.
  • Utilize Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and heat mapping tools to analyze website data and make data-driven recommendations for landing page design and user experience improvements.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams across marketing disciplines to meet stakeholder expectations and deadlines.
  • Manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while adhering to tight deadlines.
  • Required Experience and Skills:

  • At least 4 years of proven experience in digital marketing.
  • Strong experience with content management systems, particularly Word Press.
  • Ability to analyze website performance data using Google Analytics or Looker Studio and derive actionable insights.
  • Experience making data-backed recommendations for landing page improvements to enhance user experience and conversions.
  • Solid understanding of CRO methodologies and tools, with hands-on experience.
  • Excellent multitasking skills and ability to manage priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Proven stakeholder management skills, including effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Effective time management skills.
