Trust Cloud is scaling quickly — and we need a product marketing manager who’s not just thinking one step ahead, but five. This is a entry-level yet foundational marketing role for someone who thrives in startup environments, and wants to build a modern product marketing engine ranging from demo development to ongoing sales enablement.
This role combines strategic ownership with a roll-up-your-sleeves mentality and exceptional partnership with sales, product, and engineering. You’ll help shape our content and sales team capabilities to drive pipeline and revenue, and establish Trust Cloud as a leading name in AI-native GRC Transformation for Strategic CISOs.
What You’ll Own
- Support corporate messaging as well as standalone product messaging with technical insight that resonates with Strategic CISOs and can be easily teachable to the internal team
- Create a repeatable and informative sales enablement program that can extend to partners to ensure our sales team always has updated messaging, decks, and demos
- Build out ideal customer profiles and buyer personas to support the go-to-market engine from lead inception to customer experience; provide analysis of their buying behaviors and build that into enablement.
- Partner with our CMO and executive stakeholders to help define and refine category creation/definition strategy
- Create a technical intelligence and competitive program that helps our Sales Engineers and our buyers best differentiate our platform in the market
- Ensure consistency of technical messaging across all customer touch points—product, sales, marketing, and beyond
- Develop content including short- and long-form papers, product collateral, web copy, blogs and product demo videos to support our entire customer journey
- Help to communicate and refine customer requirements and market inputs to inform and support marketing, sales, engineering, and product management
What You Bring
- 3-5+ years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience, with 2+ years in a startup or early-stage environment.
Must have experience in the security or GRC space - Must be a technical product marketer; past engineering or product management experience is a plus
- Proven experience owning and executing successfully on sales enablement
- Phenomenal writer and proven storyteller who can turn complex technical details into outcome-based narratives
- Hands-on skills in content, paid media, messaging, and campaign execution
- Deep familiarity with enterprise buyer journeys and ability to maintain customer focus at all times in content development and planning conversations
- Analytical and data-driven in presenting ideas and results.
