The testing team is responsible for ensuring the integrity of applications across a large enterprise environment that supports multiple business units and shared services. QA Analysts analyze testing objectives, define the scope of the testing effort, and determine the testing approach in alignment with the project methodology. QA Analysts identify gaps in business test requirements coverage by reviewing documented business processes.

QA Analysts write detailed QA Test Plans and test scenarios, create test data required for positive and negative testing, and track key project milestone dates.

The Quality Assurance team is responsible for testing Functional and Business Requirements across multiple applications to ensure accurate data flow, system integration, and functional integrity.

QA Analysts create and maintain Defect/Issues Logs, suggest improvements, re-test fixes, and provide test progress reports. QA Analysts perform regression testing to prevent adverse effects on existing functionality; execute stress and performance testing; evaluate applications for usability and accessibility; participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT); and assist the Training Department if needed. Post-implementation, the Quality Assurance team is expected to support projects as required.

QA Analysts should have a working knowledge of Waterfall, Iterative Development, and Agile/Scrum methodologies and be able to adapt testing strategies as needed.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance Testing
  • Experience with Agile, Iterative Development, and/or Waterfall methodologies
  • Knowledge of Windows, web-based, and database-driven applications
  • Minimum of one year of experience testing CRM or enterprise platforms
  • Experience with IT service management platforms is a plus
  • Experience with data and messaging exchanges between systems
  • Basic understanding of SQL and database management
  • Proficiency with Azure Dev Ops (ADO) and industry toolsets such as defect management applications, modeling tools, and automated testing frameworks (Selenium, Cucumber, Playwright, Test Sigma)
  • Strong knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), with emphasis on test procedures, techniques, and best practices
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to meet objectives in a fast-paced environment
  • QA or platform-specific certifications are a plus
Job Responsibilities

  • Produce testing progress reports
  • Create and maintain a Testing Results Matrix to ensure full requirements coverage
  • Test all functional and business requirements
  • Test multiple components or applications to ensure data integrity and functional accuracy
  • Test system and application navigation
  • Evaluate system performance when required
  • Re-test fixes and update defect logs and testing documentation
  • Perform regression, stress, and load testing as needed
  • Participate in usability and accessibility testing
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Assist the Training Department
  • Assist with post-production implementation testing
  • Utilize test management tools as required
  • Support project needs as necessary
