ML Engineer; Gen AI - Boston Hybrid

Pay: $180,000 – $200,000 base + bonus & stocks

We’re looking for a Senior ML / GenAI Engineer who has taken a generative AI product from concept through production in an enterprise environment. This role is hands-on and impact-driven—you’ll design, build, deploy, and operate GenAI systems that are used by real customers, not just prototypes.

• Design, build, and deploy production-grade generative AI systems used by enterprise customers
• Own the full ML lifecycle: data preparation, model selection, training/fine-tuning, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring
• Develop and optimize LLM-powered applications (e.g., retrieval-augmented generation, agents, copilots, workflow automation)
• Implement scalable inference pipelines with strong performance, cost, and reliability guarantees
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to translate business needs into ML solutions
• Establish best practices around model evaluation, observability, security, and governance
• Troubleshoot and improve live ML systems based on real-world usage and feedback

• 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning or Applied AI
• Direct experience shipping an enterprise-grade GenAI product to production (customer-facing or internal)
• Strong understanding of modern LLMs and GenAI architectures (e.g., RAG, fine-tuning, prompt engineering, agents)
• Experience deploying ML systems in production environments (cloud-based, scalable systems)
• Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, Tensor Flow, Hugging Face)
