Requirements

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in help desk or desktop support within a fast-paced setting
  • Strong understanding of operating systems including Windows Server, macOS, Linux, and mobile device management
  • Familiarity with hardware components and troubleshooting techniques for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
  • Practical experience with network protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS configuration, VPNs, firewalls, and LAN/WAN architecture
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of conveying technical concepts clearly to non-technical users
  • Quick analytical abilities to tackle complex issues and devise effective solutions while maintaining a positive customer service focus
Responsibilities
  • Deliver technical support to end-users via phone, email, or remote assistance, ensuring swift resolution of hardware, software, and network-related problems
  • Diagnose and fix software issues pertaining to operating systems such as Windows, macOS, and Linux, including applications like Microsoft Office
  • Oversee the setup, upgrades, and maintenance of computer hardware for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals
  • Monitor IT infrastructure by assessing network performance using tools and reviewing system logs for potential issues
  • Maintain meticulous records of incidents and resolutions to enhance tracking and improve support processes
