Investment Accounting Business Analyst

Our client is a large, complex financial services organization supporting sophisticated investment operations across public and private markets. This role sits at the intersection of investment operations and technology, owning the analysis and delivery of critical systems that enable accurate investment accounting, data integrity, and scalable automation.

• Serve as the lead business systems analyst for investment management platforms, providing subject matter expertise across accounting and data solutions
• Translate complex investment operations needs into clear system requirements and integration designs across front, middle, and back office platforms
• Partner closely with business stakeholders and technology teams to drive solution design, testing, and delivery for high impact initiatives
• Lead analysis efforts for data management, system integrations, and process improvements across multiple investment products and asset classes
• Act as a trusted advisor on technology decisions, ensuring solutions align with broader investment and enterprise technology strategies
