Overview
Looking for a Senior QA Lead (AWS / Web / API) to build and lead all QA efforts for a fast growing start-up in Boston. Looking for a QA Lead who build process and build out QA team and functions.
Responsibilities- 8+ years QA experience with hands-on automation
- Strong API testing experience
- Experience testing AWS-hosted systems
- Defines QA strategy across frontend, backend, and data pipelines
- Owns test environments, test data, and release gating
- CI/CD integration for automated tests
- Performance and regression testing experience
- Clear defect triage and release-readiness ownership
- Able to enforce quality standards with engineering leadership
