Network Automation Architect What We NeedNet Brain is looking for an enthusiastic, relationship-minded and technically savvy individual to join us as a Network Automation Architect. We are looking for a customer-oriented network architect with a passion and a mentality for automation in this customer-facing opportunity.
The Impact You’ll MakeAs a Network Automation Architect, you will be the driving force behind adoption of our no-code automation platform within our client accounts. You will design automation architecture, and lead/enable ongoing automation development efforts while utilizing your communication skills to provide leadership, training, and guidance to customers. Your consultative approach will help you evaluate client requirements, propose solutions, and accelerate automation objectives.
WhatYou’ll Do
- You will provide thought leadership in how Network Operations can be automated and transformed for global Enterprises and MSPs
- Assist the world's largest enterprises in revolutionizing their network operations with Net Brain's no-code automation platform.
- Analyze customers' complex deployed network technologies, existing playbooks and design documents to create automation solutions
- Work with R&D team to provide requirements to enhance Net Brain’s automation platform
- Architect and implement automation solutions for customers' problems
- Research network technologies from multiple vendors, and apply those learnings to guide Net Brain customers to optimize their automation platform
- Proactively build up automation repositories to share with entire customer base and actively contribute to the Net Brain user community
- Additional responsibilities as assigned.
- You have a degree in a technical subject (STEM) or equivalent work experience preferably in a partner/post-sales services or consultant role
- Experience collaborating with internal or external clients to translate business requirements into technical requirements
- You are knowledgeable of and experienced with networking fundamentals
