Key Responsibilities

  • Build and optimize ELT/ETL processes for structured and semi‑structured data from multiple internal and external sources
  • Develop and manage Snowflake data models, including performance tuning, clustering, and cost optimization
  • Implement dbt models following analytics engineering best practices (testing, documentation, and version control)
  • Orchestrate workflows and dependencies using Apache Airflow
  • Integrate and support marketing data pipelines, including Adobe Campaign and related marketing analytics tools
  • Partner with data analysts, data scientists, marketing teams, and business stakeholders to deliver reliable data solutions
  • Ensure data quality, lineage, and observability through monitoring, validation, and alerting frameworks
  • Mentor junior data engineers and contribute to engineering standards, best practices, and architecture decisions
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 8+ years of experience supporting data warehouse and data engineering environments
  • Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, dimensional modeling, and ELT architectures
  • Experience working in hybrid environments (legacy systems and modern cloud platforms)
  • Hands‑on experience with Informatica for legacy ETL workflows
  • Experience integrating external vendor data via web services, APIs, and XML data sources
  • Proficiency with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and agile development methodologies
  • Experience working with Azure Dev Ops, Jira, TFS, or similar agile project management tools
  • Ability to thrive in fast‑paced, changing environments with a flexible and collaborative work style
