The opportunity

Delaware North Boston Holdings is hiring a full-time Senior Technical Analyst to join our team at TD Garden in Boston, Massachusetts. As a Senior Technical Analyst, you will be responsible for working collaboratively with external stakeholders to understand business requirements and building the means by which those stakeholders will access and act on their data.

This role leverages strong expertise in relational databases, data modeling, SQL, and integration development to lead master data management and ETL processes while ensuring data integrity across integrated systems through robust governance, validation, and quality controls. Partnering closely with internal leadership, business intelligence, and Salesforce teams, it supports enterprise‑wide BI needs across functions such as Ticket Sales and Service, Marketing, Finance, Partnerships, and IT, ranging from data visualization to CRM and mobile/web data collection.

The work includes building and maintaining scalable data pipelines and data marts that enable advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and multi‑channel digital campaigns, as well as developing forecasts and predictive insights that help stakeholders anticipate outcomes and make informed, real‑time decisions in dynamic environments.

Pay

Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $65,300 - $88,200 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range.

What will you do?
  • Create analytical frameworks, models, reporting structures, visualizations, analyses, and evidence-based tools and strategies to aid in empowering leadership’s ability to make decisions in a disciplined, intentional, and effective manner
  • Work closely with both the data warehouse provider (KORE) and the internal engineering team to ensure all data pipelines and ETLs are stable, information is aggregated appropriately, data quality standards are maintained, and reporting is accurate
    • While this role is not a Data Engineering role in the classic sense of that title, this individual will also be expected to maintain a working knowledge of technical coding (e.g., Python, R), and serve in a support capacity to those with that associated primary function
  • Lead full-lifecycle projects – from documentation of requirements through design, user testing and delivery – and define trackable and impactful KPI’s and success criteria that are digestible, defensible, and actionable for a given project, and associated regular status updates thereafter, with a few examples including:
    • Building and maintaining dashboards and other data visualizations that aid leadership in understanding high-level organization and project status
    • Constructing models that provide real-time pricing recommendations for key products (tickets, partnership assets, parking, etc.), and work with those departments to validate, implement, and track resultant proposed changes
  • Continuously analyze, and propose optimizations to, the organization’s technology stack while implementing research-based industry best practices
  • Maintain ‘first-pass’ responsibility for associated business-related artifacts, such as slide decks, one-sheeters, analytical frameworks and models, data visualizations and dashboards, project ROI…
