Head of Product Security

Colossus Technologies is working with a fast-growing, AI-native B2B SaaS company to hire their first Head of Product Security. This is a rare opportunity to build the product security function from the ground up at a well-funded, growth-stage company with a strong engineering culture and real AI systems in production — not “AI-washed” features.

This role owns product security end to end: setting secure architecture patterns, embedding security into how engineers build, and leading SOC 2 and incident readiness as the platform scales. You’ll partner closely with Engineering and Product leadership, influence real roadmap decisions, and design guardrails that let teams ship fast without unnecessary risk.
